Chapter 430: Confrontation With The Stalkers
"So, Iris, how did you feel about seeing actual incest sex in person? Did it bother you in any way?"
"To be honest, I did not feel anything like disgust in particular at all, in spite of the fact that it is considered one of the most immoral acts of all wrongdoings. Perhaps there is something off with my understanding?"
"There's nothing wrong with you, Iris. Accepting the kind of relationship Raphael has with his family is more than enough for me to regard you as the best woman for Raphael alongside Sophia. I am just glad that Raphael found someone who could understand his circumstances."
After doing the deed, we did have a chat before we went to sleep. Though it was more like a girl's talk, as I just mostly listened to them. The way they interacted felt like they were having a sleepover.
"Well, Raphael really does love his mom, don't you?"
"Of course, I love her very much," I replied to Iris's question. "She is my first love. I have been loving her for as long as I can remember."
"Raphael loves Auntie so much that if she were not his mother, he would have taken her as his wife," Sophia said as she was caressing my chest. "But his love for her can go to a further extent."
"How far?"
"Actually, I have been planning on impregnating Mom in the future."
I nonchalantly dropped the bomb to satisfy Iris's curiosity. She then gasped upon hearing that, and she actually seemed to be genuinely surprised. I had told Sophia about this before, so she just smiled. Though it took her time to agree to it.
"Wow, that took me aback. I thought that I already got the grasp of how deep your love is toward your Mom, but I was not prepared for this."
"That's Raphael for you. Who else but him?"
"Fufu. Maybe you are right about that, Sophia."
Iris and Sophia shared a chuckle, pointing out what kind of person I was. Mom and I briefly looked at each other before we joined them.
"So I assume that you don't mind it, I guess?"
"If that's what you want, then I do not see any problem with that."
"Thanks, Iris. But I can assure you that Sophia and you will be going to be mothers first."
"I think that is for the better. I am glad that you have thought of that."
I smiled before I wrapped my arms around their shoulders. I was grateful for having such considerate girls who understood my selfish desires, even if they did not have anything to gain from them.
A moment later, we, one by one, fell asleep. Now that both of my fiancees had approved my future plans, I could not focus on what was up with my other self somewhere.

A regular horse-drawn carriage was marching its way along a dirt road somewhere in the Empire of Dixon. The carriage came from a port in the Kingdom of Astley, and their destination was the Imperial Capital.
"..."
There were five people in the carriage, but there was a strange atmosphere between them. They were just silently sitting inside and rarely spoke to one another throughout the whole trip. They could not just carelessly utter a word for a certain reason.
The reason for the silence was that one of them was actually not a member of the group, an outsider. The said outsider was allegedly named Azrael, a mysterious young man with pitch black hair and vivid red eyes.
The group that was accompanying him were the elite members of Dixon's Imperial Intelligence Unit. Following the orders, they were tasked with tracking Azrael and bringing him to the empire if possible. Since the trip was supposed to be discreet, a magic carriage would be obnoxious, so they resorted to boarding a normal one.
"..."
Azrael took a glance at the man across from him, subtly engaging him to break the ice. Their eyes met, but the man then quickly glanced away as he was cautious of Azrael. Not only the man, but the other three had their guards up.
The carriage was silent other than the noises of rolling wheels and horses' steps. Bored, Azrael looked at the ceiling and reminisced about his encounter with the group.
...…
...
…
A few days ago, Azrael confronted the spies that had been following him for days. After threatening them, the stalkers eventually revealed themselves and their intentions, as he demanded.
"...Are you the one who is named Azrael?" one of the men inquired.
"Are you dumb?" Azrael chuckled in provocation. "You literally have the Analysis extra skill, and yet you can't read my name? It seems like your position in the Imperial Intelligence Unit is a joke after all."
"How did you—" the man lost his composure for a second before regarding his cool. "If you really are Azrael, then you have to come with us."
"Why do I have to do that? I am not someone who you could just boss around."
"This is urgent. We were ordered to bring you to him."
"And who is this person? I cannot just do as you say without any reason, you know?"
The four men then looked at one another and seemed to be discussing something. A few seconds later, they nodded uniformly before facing Azrael once again.
"It seems that you have come to an agreement. I assume that you can tell me who you are working for, yes?"
"If you promise to come with us, then we will tell you."
"It depends who the person is."
"... Alright, the one who wanted to meet you is...the crown prince of the Dixon Empire, His Imperial Highness Edward Dixon."
