Chapter 43 - I’ll Help You Solve It
Su Wan was confused by his words. She looked at him warily and asked coldly, “Didn’t you say you won’t do these kinds of things to me? Didn’t you not want a child? Don’t you know that there’s still a chance of getting pregnant even when you wear a condom?”
As Su Wan spoke, she took a deep breath and gritted her teeth. “You have to know, Jing Chen, if I am pregnant, it’s absolutely, absolutely impossible for me to abort it!”
Jing Chen narrowed his eyes and sized her up. He suddenly smiled and said meaningfully, “So that’s what you mean? You drugged me and didn’t bring any condoms with you because you wanted a child to keep me, right?”
“What do you mean?”
Su Wan looked at him coldly. She felt that neither of them was talking in the same mind space.
But Jing Chen only sneered and gritted his teeth secretly. “I won’t fulfill your wish.”
Can’t this woman just say what she wanted? She just had to pull some cheap tricks behind my back. How disgusting!
With that, he got up, put on his bathrobe, and walked out step by step. No one knew how Jing Chen walked out and how much determination he used.
Su Wan, who watched him walk to the door, suddenly came to a realization. She said abruptly, “Drug? You mean that cup of water to moisten your throat?”
Jing Chen paused and clenched his fists. This ignorant woman!
Su Wan explained quickly, “It’s not like that. Mom gave me the medicine to moisten your throat. I didn’t expect her to drug you. Are you… feeling terrible now? Do you want me to help you find a doctor?”

Jing Chen stood there straight and did not react for a long time, making Su Wan even more worried.
She had thought that Jing Chen had said those words in a fit of anger because he wanted to do those things with her but he didn’t want to take responsibility . Unexpectedly, he had no choice!
Su Wan hurriedly got up and bit her lower lip as she walked over. As she walked, she said, “It’s not safe for you to go out like this. Quickly go to bed and lie down. I’ll help you think of a solution.”
“Isn’t there only one solution?”
Jing Chen’s hoarse voice sounded. Along with Su Wan’s movement of pulling his arm to bring him to the bed, Jing Chen pulled the woman into his arms.
Su Wan’s heart was beating like a bell. Every beat was filled with strength.
“Or do you want me to find another woman?”
These words woke Su Wan up. She opened her mouth but couldn’t say a word.
Just as Jing Chen could not help but pick her up horizontally, she asked in surprise, “You were thinking of finding another woman just now, right?”
Jing Chen frowned, but quickly denied it. “No.”
“But you have the thought. I promise to help you, but on one condition.” Jing Chen placed Su Wan on the bed and covered her with the blanket. He then took off his bathrobe and went under the covers. He turned around and hugged Su Wan in his arms. He looked at her deeply. “Tell me.”
“I’ll help you, but we’re not doing it.”

Jing Chen felt as if he had been tricked and his face darkened.
Su Wan remained firm. “This is the biggest concession I can make.”
Jing Chen smelled the faint smell on her body and felt her warm touch. He buried his head into her neck reluctantly and said in a low voice, “Okay.”
When Su Wan woke up, the man beside her had already left.
She didn’t care at all. It was the thought of last night that still made her blush. It could be said that this man had done everything he could except going in…
After tidying up a little, Su Wan saw Qin Lan the moment she opened the door.
Su Wan blushed at first glance. She had the feeling that she had been seen through…
Qin Lan smiled. “Jing Chen really doesn’t know how to be gentle with women at all.”
Su Wan’s face was not only flushed red from embarrassment, she couldn’t even speak anymore. She stood there stammering for a long time with a crying face, looking rather aggrieved.
Qin Lan couldn’t stop smiling.
Qin Lan walked forward and patted her shoulder. She seemed to be changing the topic, but in actuality, she was implying something else. “You don’t know how terrifying Jing Chen looked when you had that accident last night. Even I, as his mother, have never seen him lose his composure like that.”
