Chapter 160 - The Gambling King

Eastern Allure Casino\'s second floor

"Bets, come place your bets!"

"Follow Young Master Albion\'s lead!"

The gathered guests shouted excitedly at the fifth roulette table.

"Alright, the Goddess of Fortune told me the winning number will be [Black 20] this time! What are you still waiting for? Go get your fortune!"

"Houu—!"

The guests\' voices were raised even louder in excitement after receiving Albion\'s incitement.

The more level-headed and cautious guests placed half their wealth on the winning number, while the hot-headed ones pooled in all their money directly.

None of them were extremely wealthy like the top families, but they were still better off than most people from the middle class.

Nevertheless, after tonight, all of them were bound to be a few hundred thousand to a few million dollars richer.

"Spin the wheel!"

"Hurry and spin!"

Everyone urged after placing their bets.

The dealer wanted to cry, but no tears would flow. It was like he was being eyed by a pack of hungry wolves—while he, himself, was a man of skin and bones, stripped of all his clothes and waiting to be fed to the wolves.

After a brief moment of hesitation, the wheel was spun, and the white ball was rolled, running several laps before its momentum dwindled.

Soon, the white ball was about to settle on [Red 7].

However, in that instance, a subtle trace of mental force immediately nudged the white ball without anyone noticing and pushed it into [Black 20].

"Houuu—!"

Everyone cheered excitedly.

Usually, the casino was a place for people to lose money if they keep playing. However, on this day, everyone at the roulette table was a winner—except the casino, that is.

"Sh*t, is the boss not here yet? If we can\'t stop them, then they will clean out our casino."

"Clean out the casino? They already have! Don\'t you know how much that person already won from the casino? $1.2 billion! Do you think the casino has that much money?"

"True sh*t! Any additional debt incurred at this point won\'t make a difference!"

While the security guards were stressing over what to do, one of the security guard\'s eyes suddenly lit up upon spotting a few figures approaching from the distance.

"B-Boss, you\'re here!"

"Where is the troublemaker?" Stefano Metti questioned with a cool tone.

The security guard gave a quick glance at Fritz Abestel and a few accompanying subordinates in black suits behind Stefano Metti before he answered, "The person is right inside the room by the fifth roulette table, boss!"

"Got it. You can step back."

"Yes, boss!"

At the fifth roulette table, Albion continued to lead the guests to win money from the casino.

"This time, the Goddess of Fortune smiles on [Red 34]! Come place your—hm?" Albion suddenly paused, having felt several presences crept up behind him.

He glanced over his shoulders and noticed several \'tough\' figures gazing back at him with an air of solemnity before he raised an eyebrow.

"Can I help you?"

"Do you where you are, young man? Do you know who I am?" Stefano Metti asked somberly with a deep tone.

"Naturally, I know where I am, and I don\'t know who you are." Albion answered calmly before asking the person back with a condescending tone while his chest was puffed up, "But do you know who I am?"

"Huh?"

Stefano Metti was taken aback.

The person did not fear him at all, even after he exerted his pressure. It seems that the troublemaker had big backing after all.

"No, I don\'t," Stefano Metti shook his head before asking with caution, "Who…are you?"

"I don\'t know who you are, and you don\'t know who I am either, so can you stop talking to me? I don\'t talk to strangers," Albion stated indifferently.

He ignored the person and return his attention back to the roulette game as if Stefano Metti was just some passerby he could just send off with his words simply because he said so.

"Y-You—!"

Stefano Metti immediately angered as veins protruded on his forehead. Such obvious disdain and disregard—he would not tolerate it.

At the same time, the surrounding spectators nearly staggered from surprise. This does not seem to be part of the script...

"How dare you—"

"Hold it."

Before Stefano Metti could act, he was stopped by a pat on the shoulder from Fritz Abestel, pulling him back as the Fritz Abestel stepped forward.

"I am Fritz Abestel of the Abestel family. May I know who you are, young man?" Fritz Abestel introduced as he extended a hand, offering a handshake.

"To win so much money from the casino without being caught cheating, you must be a disciple of the Gambling King," he added with a friendly smile.

Seeing the person was somewhat \'sincere\' on the surface, Albion turned around to greet the person.

"Disciple of the Gambling King? No, you can say I am the Gambling King." Albion shook his head before accepting the handshake, "Albion Black is the name."

In the instance of their handshake, Fritz Abestel\'s gaze immediately flickered with a cold glint before he exerted strength into grasp. He wanted to test the person\'s strength through an indirect method without breaking all decorum.

\'Oh? So that\'s how you want to play, huh?\' Albion smiled before exerting his own strength.

Fritz Abestel was quickly overwhelmed by Albion\'s strength before his expression froze, followed by cold sweats forming on his face.

No matter how much strength Frizt Abestel exerted, he could not resist the young man\'s strength. It was clear who was stronger—or rather, much stronger.

Looking at Albion\'s calm smile, Fritz Abestel knew that the person was not even trying.

"So it\'s Young Master Albion…"

Fritz Abestel cracked a forced smile that almost looked like he was about to cry before he was pardoned as Albion released his grasp.

"Mr. Fritz…"

Stefano Metti wrinkled his brows doubt, thinking the Fritz Abestel was too amicable to the troublemaker before Fritz Abestel whispered a word of warning into his ears.

"Whatever you do, agree to his every demand. We are no match for this person."

"This…"

Stefano Metti was stunned.

He discovered that Fritz Abestel engaged in a contest of strength and lost to the young man from the way Fritz Abestel held his sore hand.

Just who is this young man?
